Karelia
"Kraj Rodnoj Karelija" (My Native Country, Karelia)

Russian vocals
From: http://www.gov.karelia.ru/gimn_e.html

Karelia is an autonomous republic of Russia bordering Finland with a high concentration of Finnic-speaking people. As an autonomous region (and former Soviet republic) of Russia, it has its own flag and anthem. The words are by Armas Mishin and the music by Alexandr Beloborodov.

I think that thiis anthem maybe the proposal anthem of Karelian Finnish SSR before 1956. It has very similar to other SSR anthems.

This anthem (Kraj rodnoj Karelija) most likely has nothing to do with the Soviet era. The Anthem was officially adopted on April 6, 1993.

Nothing in the words refers to Lenin, Communist Party or socialism (ie. the common features of the anthems of the Soviet Republics).

One of the authors, Armas Mishin, started his career as a poet and a writer in 1961. So, he could not have contributed to the words of the anthem already in 1956.

Parts in the composition closely resemble a Finnish Karelian folk melody "Karjalan kunnailla" (On the Karelian hills). The words of that song by Valter Juva speak about earnest desire to return back to (=get back) Karelia that was ceded to the Soviet Union in 1944. Given the nature of this song it is unthinkable that parts of it could have been used in a Soviet era anthem.

ENG: No, and it's very little probability of publication of such version, because Karelia has only two official languges: Russian and Karelian. Maybe, some time later they will publish Karelian-language version.

UKR: Ni, i navriad chy taka bude, tomu shcho v Kareliji isnuje tilky dvi ofitsijnyh movy: rosijska ta karelska. Mozhlyvo, kolys piznishe vydadut karelomovnu versiju.

On the website of the Karelian government, you find Finnish lyrics (they are at least designated as Finnish, not as Karelian; click here), and Arisztid has already posted them (click here). I think he actually wants to know whether there is a vocal recording of that version.
