Hi everybody, this is my first post, and I apologize for my bad english.
About the lyrics of the Two-Sicilian anthem, the text posted by Freeman above is incorrect.
It was written in the 90ies by Riccardo Pazzaglia, a member of a neo-borbonic movement, kind of a separatist southern italian movement, for the "new" Two-Sicilies, and is not related with the ancient Kingdom.
The anthem of the KoTS didn't have official lyrics, but some unofficial texts have been found, as often happens with the instrumental anthems. Expecially, one (the one of the only vocal recording in the related section in this forum) was found in a sheet music wich dates back between 1835 and 1840. Here it is:

per lunga e lunga età
come nel cor ci sta
viva Fernando il Re (repeat)
Iddio lo serbi al duplice
trono dei Padri suoi
Iddio lo serbi a noi
viva Fernando il Re
English version:
King's anthemGod save the king
for a long, long time
as he is in our hearts
long live Ferdinand, the king
God save him to the double
throne of his fathers
God save him to us
long live Ferdinand, the king
ps. notice the name, Fernando, wich is not the italian form of the name (Ferdinando)... maybe it's referred to his spanish origin (he was Ferdinand I, son of spanish king Charles III) or just a poetical form?
And also notice the "double throne" of his ancestors, that were both kings of Sicily and Naples (peninsular southern Italy). Ferdinand created a new kingdom, under only one crown, and restarted the numeration, becoming Ferdinand I (till then he was the 4th of Naples and the 3rd of Sicily)
