statesman, the province of (hatay) which called also (province of alexandrette) do not have an independent laws by turkey. let me explain:

the fromerly syrian province of alexandrette (before 1939) or (al-eskenderuna) was a part of syria in the french colonial. but in 1936 after the syrian-french agreement, france tried to give the province to turkey. france made electives of the province and the real result is for bieng with syria, but france cancelled the result and gave the province to turkey obligatory in 1939. first, turkey called him (hatay republic) but quickly ended it in considered it part of turkey.

But the Sanjak, then Republic of Hatay, did have a
Fundamental Law adopted 1937 by mutual agreement
of  France and Turkey.  Hatay also had  a national flag
which closely matched the Turkish flag.   It seems to me
that they would have had an anthem for use by the
president.

statesman, you must know that hatay's original name is (province of alexandrette). it was a part of syria under the french colonial. france gave the province to turkey although the syrian protests, and what's the result? a big massacre killed 4000 syrians to quit them from their land.

FYI,

Hatay joined itself to Republic of Turkey in 1939 after a plebiscite.

BTW I am also a historian but I have never heard of such a massacre. This is probably among the products of Syrian ultra-nationalist history teachings.

Thank you Fahte.  I hope that someone will still locate a possible
anthem for Republic of Hatay 1938-39.  It may not have had one, but I
would like to know.

The national anthem of the Republic of Hatay was 'Istiklal Marsi,' i.e. the national anthem of Turkey.

Besides, its flag (as seen below) and constitution were very similar to those of Turkey. On the other hand, its currency was identical with that of Syria, which was a French colony at that time.

Fahte,    Thank you very much for your posting about the
Republic of Hatay.    Smiley    I would like to know more about it
if possible.   What date was the anthem adopted?  on 5 Sep 1938 like  is flag  or 29 May 1937 when the Fundamental
Law was adopted?
I am also wondering the name and date of Hatay's National
Holiday was>?   And who was the President of Representative Council  Mar 1926 - Jun 1926 , when a
separate State of Alexandretta within French Syria declared
but NOT recognized by France?    Thank you!    -Statesman
