Flag lowering song at HK Handover (Read 700 times)

This has been bugging me for a long while after the HK handover ceremonies in '97.  At the sunset farewell ceremonie when they lowered the Union Jack and the HK flag they played a song that could be heard here:

pnm://rv.bbc.co.uk/politics97/hk_45.rm (File>Open in real player, if that isn't a working link) at around 24:15.   Can someone identify that particular piece?  Thanks!

The other music are the traditional pieces of the British "Retreat and Evening Parade" ritual: the Evening Hymn, the music call "Retreat and Last Post". This is the usual ceremonial lowering of the flag, but rendered more poignnat by the fact that the Union Flag would never be raised again in HK.
