Nepal's new interim Constitution took force on 15 Jan. 2007. It changes the name of the country from Kingdom of Nepal to State of Nepal, it made the Prime minister the "chief of state" (effectively suspendeding all the kings power), kept the current national flag, but it did NOT proclaim a new national anthem (the former anthem was 'suspended' on 19 May 2006).

"The national anthem and the coat-of-arms of Nepal shall be as determined by Government of Nepal."

I am not sure, but I think the IPA transcription given above for the first part of the first word [dzɲanʌbʱumi] of the fifth line is not correct. I think it should be closer to /jna/ instead of /dzɲa/, since the first two letters are ज्ञा rather than जा; see http://francenepal.net/Pages.php?Page=Prononciation and http://www.omniglot.com/writing/nepali.htm. I'm not sure whether or not this is a peculiarity of the Nepali version of Devanagari.
